im 13 and i love yoga now as a guy i have trouble with my knees they are hard to put straight on the ground . are ther any things for that to improve flexibility there, it would be greatly appreciated

as a begginer, you have to do yoga for at least 15 minutes daily, after you start to feel improvement, change your routine to tougher excercises and practice for half an hour daily. Oh, and when I say daily i mean 6 days a week.
for how much time do you have to do the exercise?
I’m thinkin about taking yoga but i’m not sure….
